Hi there! Welcome to Talk Like Thai, your go-to resource for learning Thai the way locals speak it. I’m Parichat Sutthileklom or Parry! The creator of this website, and I’m here to make learning Thai fun, practical, and relatable.

I grew up in Thailand, where the language and culture are deeply intertwined with everyday life. After moving to the U.S. in 2016, I noticed that most Thai language resources were overly formal and didn’t reflect how people actually speak in casual, real-world settings. This inspired me to create Talk Like Thai, a space where you can learn authentic Thai, connect with the culture, and build confidence in speaking like a local.
